The truth is, my brother´s health is on the down side.
Here in the family, must be more cautious with him. Dyabetes already had left him blind.
Health had no price, now all know. So, we must strenghten efforts.

Bien, mi hermano tuvo hoy una cita médica, y yo estuve con él.
La verdad es que la salud de mi hermano va a la baja.
Aqui en la familia habremos de ser mas cuidadosos con el. La diabetes ya lo ha dejado ciego.
La salud no tiene precio, ahora lo sabemos. Asi que deberíamos redoblar esfuerzos.
La próxima vez las cosas ya habrán de ser mejores, si es que queremos verlo en mejor estado.
